Arthur Rose Arbetman

            Hello! It's so nice to meet you! My name is Arthur, and I have a passion for illustration and animation!    I am from York, Pennsylvania, but I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in illustration from the Maryland Institute college of Art and two minors in sequential art and animation respectively.  Currently, I am based in Chicago and am open for work!

  I love all sorts of design, illustration and animation work from comics, storyboarding, character design / visual development, surface design, editorial and publishing art, ect! I have experience working with companies, and have done everything from ad and email design, logos, animated shorts, posters, website graphics, etc.  Some of the companies I've worked with are the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs, Golden Hour Psychotherapy, DrillLess Brake, Neighborhood Nourish, and many more. I also spent a time doing sales and graphic work for FastSigns, and project managed with both large and local

companies for their designs and products.

     

  In my personal artwork, I enjoy creating characters, stories, and queer art! When I am not drawing, I enjoy going on walks in nature, playing video games, watching animal documentaries, and digging into some classic literature!
